Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Classes and Sessions
Class schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any changes. Class places are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of booking. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will offer alternative sessions or refunds where appropriate.
Booking and Payment
Class fees are payable in advance. Missed classes are non-refundable unless 24 hours notice is given. Block booking discounts apply only to consecutive weeks and cannot be carried over between terms. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash at the time of the session.
Health and Safety
Parents/guardians are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, or special needs that may affect their child's participation. Children participate in classes at the risk of their parent/guardian. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, dance and gymnastics involve inherent physical risks. All our coaches hold valid DBS checks and first aid qualifications.
Photography and Media
Photographs and videos may be taken during classes and performances for use on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please inform us in writing. We will not use identifiable images of children without parental consent.

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and choreography is the property of Natalie Jobey's School of Dance and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
